Dave Tank has over twenty years of experience representing local, regional, national and international businesses in legal matters, in and out of court. Most of his clients are involved with construction and real estate development. He represents a family of companies that own, operate and build railroads. Several of his clients manufacture and install laboratory casework and equipment. Other clients include electrical contractors and HVAC engineers and contractors. Finally, Dave represents a number of property developers and several clients in the hospitality field.
Before becoming a lawyer, Dave was an executive with a national insurance claim adjusting company, giving him great insight into his clients’ dealings with insurance companies.
Dave approaches law from a practical, commonsense, business point of view. Helping clients to understand their options, leaves no room for “legalese.” Litigation “to the death” often isn’t the answer; but, when a lawsuit is necessary, he pursues his clients’ interests aggressively.
