Ms. Honis was born and raised in
Syracuse, New York. She is a 1984 cum laude graduate of the State
University of New York at Albany where she received a B.A. in
Political Science and earned a double-minor in History and English. She is a 1987 graduate of the
Emory University School of Law.
Ms. Honis began her practice
representing numerous high net-worth clients in such matters as estate
planning, federal and state income tax, and small business issues. Her expertise in these complex
matters led to being retained by other lawyers for assistance in high
income divorce matters and civil litigation.
